This policy applies to the microvitalabs websites and domains, including microvitalabs.com.

This Policy does not app.ly to third-party applications, websites, products, services or platforms that may be accessed through (non microvitalabs) links that we may provide to you. These sites are owned and operated independently from us, and they have their own separate privacy and data collection practices. Any personal data that you provide to these websites will be governed by the third-party’s own privacy policy. We cannot accept liability for the actions or policies of these independent sites, and we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such sites.

This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies (carriers), and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages. Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:

  • Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
  • Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.
